YOUR INFORMATION

About your Script account.

Your account holds your verified email, legal and preferred names, date of birth, telephone number, home and delivery addresses, optional NHS number, GP practice details, notification preferences and conversations with the Script team. These details help us maintain your account and prepare for coordinated care.

Where information goes

Supabase handles sign-in, password protection and account verification. Script stores account profiles and messages in its own Cloudflare database. Resend sends verification, password reset and message notification emails. Script’s records are separate from Medical Appraisal Hub.

Messages and emails

Message contents stay in your account. Optional email notifications only tell you there is a new message and link to the sign-in page. You can turn those notifications off in your account. Security emails are sent when you request verification or a password reset.

Your GP and your choice

We ask separately whether Script may notify your nominated GP about consultations, treatment, prescribed medicines and relevant follow-up. There is no preselected answer. Saying no does not stop you keeping an account, although the clinical team may need to discuss it before offering treatment. This permission does not authorise marketing or access to your full GP record.

Your choice, its wording, your nominated practice and the date are retained as a permission history. You can change or withdraw permission in your registration details. Withdrawal applies to future sharing under that permission and cannot undo information already sent. Changing your practice asks you to choose again. GP notification sending is not yet enabled.

Who can see your details

Your details are visible in your signed-in account and to authorised Script staff who need them for their work. Owner access is restricted separately. Registration information is not included in routine email notifications. Practice contact details supplied by you must be verified before future clinical correspondence.

Before our clinical service opens

This account setup does not register you for treatment. Please do not send medical information in account support messages. Treatment requests and medical uploads remain closed.
